This artwork was one of the initial concepts i came up with for a commission I was working on at the time.  
The Tora area is located east of Martinborough, southern Wairarapa New Zealand.  It is a diverse area, known for its rugged coastal beauty, ancient Maori Pa sites and fantastic wildlife.
